Your payments for your Borneo Travel services are guaranteed safe and fully secured at all times.

Borneo Travel is a Member of the Travel Trust Association. [Membership number R6403]

In plain English you pay into the Travel Trust Association account and we can only access your money via our Trustee after you have returned from your holiday.

As such money paid by you into our Trust Account is included in the Travel Account scheme which provides a water-tight package ensuring 100% protection for the consumer and travel organisation a like.

The scheme is backed by fidelity insurance guaranteeing up to £11,000 per passenger with AIG [Europe] Limited, a company with assets exceeding US $100 Billion world wide.

Members of the Association must appoint professional Trustees i.e Solicitors, Accountants, Bank Managers etc. and clients money can only be released with the Trustees authority. As an added precaution every Members account is monitored at least once a month. The Association also ensures that all Members carry Professional Indemnity insurance that covers any error and omissions, particularly failure to insure. This ensures that the consumer and the principal are protected from genuine mistakes.
